Contributors earn Build tokens that may convert into equity if the venture advances, while gaining skills, reputation, and meaningful impact. In sponsored tracks, small stipends may cover core costs and recognize effort — the main incentive remains ownership, learning, and shared achievement. Every track is a startup experiment. Not every track will become a funded venture.

As A Sponsor: Back what matters
Support ventures that tackle real-world problems. Sponsorship is success-based: funds are only released when milestones are met, ensuring focus and tangible results. Small stipends may cover core team costs and recognize contributors’ effort — these are supportive, not salaries.
Sponsors receive full access to insights and learnings from each phase, and have priority to invest in equity at the end of each phase, offering first-mover advantage. Your support signals that the problem matters and creates space for contributors to do their best work.
