Why we started.

The hardest thing to waste is a founder's energy. The most common way it gets wasted isn't weak teams or bad execution — it's capable, motivated people pouring themselves into the wrong problem, often alone, because no one helped them find the right one first. Years inside early-stage incubation taught us the order matters: get the problem right, put the right people around it, then spend the energy. Fox & Friends exists to fix that order.

What we back.

We build ventures that release trapped value. Some of the most valuable problems aren't unsolved — they're unreachable: the demand is real and already paid for, but the infrastructure to connect it was never built, so the value sits trapped. We find those traps, validate them hard, and build only what releases them — capital-light, with a founding stake in what makes it through. Most of what we look at, we don't build. That discipline is the point.where contributors co-create early-stage projects tackling real-world challenges. How we’re different.

We get the problem right before we bring in a founder. The discipline of a studio is in that order: most founder energy is lost not to weak teams but to the wrong problem, picked too early and chased alone. We select the problem and validate it first — then bring in the people who'll build it, so their energy goes into something already worth building.

And we come earlier than capital. An angel invests money once there's a company; ours come before — people who've lived the problem, in the room before the company exists, opening doors and shaping the venture. You can't buy that: paid expertise is consultant input, detached and gone when the invoice clears. People who choose the problem are entrepreneurial about it, because a piece of it is theirs.validating the product concept, testing technical feasibility, creating brand assets,… - and earn Build tokens that can be converted into equity for your contribution.

How’s behind it.

Fox & Friends was founded by Jesse Renard — Brussels-based, with years spent inside early-stage incubation and lean methodology. The studio runs a handful of tracks at once, each held to the same bar, moving deliberately. The commitment — to interns, co-founders, early angels, and the problem itself — has to mean something.
